SHIPPING AND RETURNS
PROCESSING TIME
Typically it takes 3-5 business days to dispatch the parcel after order has been placed. You will be notified when the parcel has been mailed out. Delivery normally takes 2-5 days within Singapore and up to 2 months for international parcels. Please expect longer delays during festive periods (e.g. Christmas), events (e.g. 11.11 sales) or situational causes like the pandemic.
LOCAL SHIPPING (WITHIN SINGAPORE)
For Singapore orders, purchased items are sent via SingPost standard untracked mail or SmartPac (tracked package). A tracking number will be provided if you have selected trackable delivery. Free delivery if orders go above USD38 (SGD$50) for local delivery. Add more meow meow to make shipping worthwhile.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, purchased items are sent via SingPost Registered Airmail (RECOMMENDED) or normal untracked mail. A tracking number will be provided once the parcel has been shipped out, if you have selected trackable delivery. Free delivery if orders go above USD$80 (SGD108). UK & EU CUSTOMERS
Due to VAT law, customers are responsible for paying tax, handling fee and any parcel clearance charges upon the arrival of your parcel. Failure to pay for these fees in a timely manner will result in delays or parcel returns. Orders will not be refunded for any outstanding fees incurred. Please contact your local postal service for more information.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Please make sure you have provided valid email address. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear. Please note that international tracking updates may not be available depending on your local post office.

We do not provide order cancellation. Please check your order before making payment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Once parcel has been shipped out, Moshicat has no control of the whereabouts of the parcel, and will not be liable for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. As a small business, we really appreciate the support. If there is an item defect, we will try our best to look into the issue and work out the best solution with you. Do note that shipment cost for goods returned will be made by you.
